Booking and Consultation
By making a booking with your hypnotherapy practice following a FREE initial consultation, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Clients understand that confidentiality and privacy are essential and will be respected throughout the therapy process.
Communication
If a message is left for a client, no mention of hypnotherapy will be made to respect their privacy.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for turning off any pain or discomfort during sessions and advised to seek medical attention if new pain arises.
Cancellation and Refunds
Ongoing sessions will be discussed with clients, and they will have the right to express their preferences regarding treatment plans and timeframes. Clients are free to end or withdraw from therapy at any time. The cost of any sessions paid for in advance but not used will be refunded on request, subject to your cancellation policy. 24 Hours Notice of Cancellation is Required and Appreciated
Reporting Concerns
In cases of self-harm or suicidal intentions, your hypnotherapy practice may need to contact the client’s GP or appropriate authorities. In cases of abuse or injury towards another person, your hypnotherapy practice is legally required to report this information to the appropriate authorities if disclosed during a session.
Intellectual Property
Your hypnotherapy practice owns all proprietary and intellectual property rights in and to the website, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.

Your hypnotherapy practice is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of this website or any information provided. Clients understand that hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and not a substitute for medical treatment.
